Regarding the Great TARGA/Porn Controversy:

Let he who never got a Chubby at age 13 in the 80's while looking at this cast the first stone:

And with that, I have my 100th post to my blog and the magical sexual number "69" for followers.  :)

Gonna go celebrate by downloading some good porn.

  2. I think I already did throw that stone. The fangs and horns killed it for me.

Apparently, there were a lot of emotions just bubbling under the surface and waiting for something to blow.

I am going to crawl back under a rock for a while and lay low, more than enough damage has happened over all of this, but strangely, Zak and I are being civil to each other. Isn't that how it always happens?

  3. Ironically, I'm running a TARGA event in NYC at Compleat Strategist next weekend. Seems the organization is all but devoid of management these days. Wonder if it will still be around next weekend...

Can't believe all this shit developed in like 12 hours, but like you say, it must have been bubbling beneath the surface. I mean, sex has been part of D&D since the first chainmail bikini.

  4. Liking these demon chick pics (my fave was the type 5 demoness with the arms and great melons)as a kid translated into my fondness for psycho bitches as a adult. Thanks, D&D!

  5. Well, shit, sharing your fondness for the nutjob GF's (and not in a good way), now you're making me wonder if that's where it came from...

  6. Ah, the sight o fthat brings me back to happier times...

It rubs the lotion on it's skin, or else it gets the hose again.

Now, I am off to fill out my 2010 census forms and have some fava beans and a nice chianti...

    Ciao!

  7. It is only funny because it is true.

  8. Damn right it's true. Back then in the ancient pre-internet days, the best I could do was the bra section of the Sears catalog. Then along comes D&D and the Succubus, and my pre-sex life is forever changed.

  9. I never found anything titillating about anything D&D related. Then again, someone we gamed with had an older brother with access to Playboys.

  10. Well actually, Joe, TARGA does have management, and we will be around for quite some time to come. I know I risk Fate by saying this, but I've got too many years in non-profit management to let a little thing like blogosphere drama sink this ship. ;)

Interestingly enough, we've had a uptick in regional coordinator interest as a result of this debacle. I think that's a good thing.

  11. I never got a chubby looking at demon chicks, so maybe that is why I have no clue how a person could be offended by watching I Hit It With My Axe.

I guess it's just another irrational symptom of "politically correct."

    Congrats on your 100th post.

  12. The succubus wasn't bad, but I had already seen the Azure Bonds cover by that point and it was better to my eyes as a young teen. Plus, Jim Lee drawn X Men. Rogue & Psylocke were wowzas.

(And of course Alan Davis drawn Excalibur. Rachel Summers in red spiked leather? Kitty Pryde the nerd girl computer using wonder? MM1 didn't stand a chance.)

Ahh to be 15 again. Commodore 64 and Sega Genesis gaming. Good times!

  13. Never saw any art of MM as "erotic", so I'll cast the first stone and say that I really don't like the "mainstreaming of porn" in our society.
