Where an old bastard shares his opinions and stuff related to Dungeons and Dragons
good luck with those PDFs ;)
re-releasing the pdf's would be the ultimate gesture of goodwill. Think about it, in the past 4 or 5 years, what has WOTC done, the single worst thing, that royally turned off the OSR? It wasn't 4e. That's what drove many of us to the OSR. I still remember the night of 10,000 jackals, when the announcement came down and people scrambled on any site they could to get the scraps of pdf's before they were all gone...
Are they releasing pdf's of the three books too? I didn't see that part.
not that i know of, though it woul dbe nice for those outside of north america who can't buy the books, dont ya think? and since you're selling SOME of them....
DOANT BUY TEHM!!1 IT ARE EVAL PLOY TO CRUSH OSR COMPNANIES BY SALING TO THAIR COSTUMERS!!1:p-NUNYA
Nunya's right - he/she/it just has to be! Beware!
It is a slippery slope. If you reprint rules for a Grognard, he'll want some modules to go with it, If you reprint some modules, he'll want a setting to put them in, then he'll want new modules for the setting...Great. Now I want some cookies.
Just wanted to say that cityofdoors' comment made my day and made my wife laugh out loud! Also, I would happily pay full cover price for reprints of the classic modules…
